Scout is a much better built boat. You will have a dry, smooth ride that performs well. EVERY Carolina Skiff I have ever been on made me regreat it the next day... they have to be the roughest riding boat I have ever boarded. They scoot well on little horsepower, but they are ROUGH!!!!
By the Scout and you will never regret it, by the skiff you will always wish you had purchased the Scout. TIght lines and good fishingAre scout boats good boat?
