Is Seattle a nice place to live for a wedding photographer?

I'm moving out of Vegas because I'm tired of the casinos, the hot weather, the transient population, and the lack of a local city feeling. I'm from Michigan so I'm used to grey skies and the cold. I'm looking for more nature as well. I am a wedding photographer and and Vegas has a been a good place for me with the market being smaller than other cities. I'm also considering Portland because it is a smaller city which I prefer. Is Seattle a safe place to live? Vegas is pretty rough so I'm looking for a safer place.Is Seattle a nice place to live for a wedding photographer?
Seattle is an awesome place to live. I actually enjoy the weather there and the surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous.



But for a wedding photographer, I dont think there is a big market. Everyone is trying to live an alternative lifestyle. Weddings and children are not peoples top priority.



Maybe if you diversified and started doing pet portraits you could do really well.Is Seattle a nice place to live for a wedding photographer?
