Are Carolina Skiffs better or are Intruder boats better?

I am buying a shallow water boat and I can't decide if I should get the Carolina Skiff DLV 23 ft. or the Intruder 23 ft. boat. If someone could tell me A.S.A.P. which is better that would be much appreciated. P.S. The Intruder boats are made in NC|||CS are flat bottom and will pound U if in anything over flat calm. If the other has a V hull and the width of the CS it's your call on what U have plans for it.
