I know this is a carolina skiff but what model is this?

All the newer designs have the inside trim on the boat, but is seems that the older designs are what you're looking for. You don't say where you're located but here's a link to a craigslist entry for a 1999 model of the J16 that looks just like what you're looking for. If you're lucky you live near Tampa. It was listed on May 10, 2009 and might still be available.
