What possible breeds could my cat be?

We found her at a farmers market, we saved her I guess.. She was still a baby and sick and hadnt eaten and had worms.. Like bad.. Lol anyways, so we found her, we dont know what kind of cat she is.

She is a year and a few months old, and is still very small still. she doesnt look like a kitten, its just shes generally small. Her head is half the size of my dads two cats, and her teeth are a third the size and her legs.. Shes just small. :)

She is EXTREMELY soft. And has a pretty short coat, which is suprising considering how soft she is.

She has a typical tabby coat, the grey and black striped with an M on her forehead and a white patch on her chest.

Her face is very wide and very flat. Her eyes are large(or normal size.. Be ecause shes tiny :) ) and green. Her nose isnt very long and its flat.

Shes extremely laid back. Doesnt go around people often. But she never ever claws, scratches, hisses, or meows at anybody. Ever. I dont think ive ever heard her meow, actually.very rare. But we have babies that come over all the time, and if they can catch her, shell jist let anubody pick her up and hold her howecer. She literally doesnt do anything.. Even when the dog catches her she just rolls over, doesnt even fight back. Lol. Shes like a stuffed animal, shes sooo soft. What that has to do with her breed, I dont know.

Her ears arent small or big, theyre normal looking relative to her size. Shes also very thin.

Imagine this cat.. But thinner and smaller.

The vet said she might have some persian im her because her face is so flat. But she doesnt really look persian to me.

She also has one of those faces that just always looks pissed off. Lol.

So... Any ideas as to what she could be mixed with? Just wondering. :) her name is melody. What possible breeds could my cat be?
No breed at all. It's simply a Brown Mackerel Tabby domestic - a cat of no particular breed just like over 97% of the cats on this entire planet.

Cats were domesticated thousands of years ago while breeds were only established in the last hundred or so years. And with breeders tending to sell kittens altered and never allowing crossbreeding, mixes are quite rare. Most cats simply have NO breeds whatsoever in their history. What possible breeds could my cat be?
my bother's friend has a kitten that looks like that just smaller so i think it may be the same. but he got it from a shelter so they didn't know the breed either. they just called it a domestic short-hair.What possible breeds could my cat be?
Cats are not like dogs where most of them are some particular breed or a mix of a couple breeds that a knowledgeable person can usually recognize. There has been MUCH less controlled cat breeding over the years than dog breeding. The result is that the cats of specific breeds are only about 3% of cats. The vast majority of cats have just bred randomly on their own, and they have a mix of genes from the general cat population in their part of the world. (In that way they are more like a wild species than many other domesticated animals) They come in a wonderfully varied array of colors, patterns, fur lengths and sizes and shapes and they're referred to as "Domestic Shorthairs" or "Domestic Longhairs" which just means no particular breed / ancestry unknown.

That said, if she has an unusually flat face (flatter than that cat in the photo), your vet may be right in guessing that she might have some Persian in her, but is probably mostly "domestic".

As Caf茅 said, the coat colour/ pattern of the cat in that photo is Brown Mackerel Tabby.
