What recommendations would you make for this house? PICTURES!?

I am getting ready to put this house on the market for what is a great price in this neighborhood. We are trying to downsize and are tired of being landlords. We have just installed a new water pump for the well, a new water heater, will possibly be putting in new HVAC. The exterior will be repainted a little darker grey, with white trim and black shutters. The carpet is relatively new and is high end. There is newer tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms.



I am looking for suggestions to make this home stand out, without putting a ton of money into it. I mean, it is really a good deal already!! Please give honest feedback! Thanks!

The house is very nice.



I would change the pink/red in the dining room to a more neutral color.



On the outside it appears that there is ivy or whatever crawling up the front of the house. I would get rid of that.



The trees in the front need to have 3 ft. or so cut off. The other bushes need to be cut so they are not obstructing the windows. Kinda ball them up some.



I would plant some bright and colorful flowers next to where the car is parked and to the right of the front door.

honestly, the brown kitchen with the white trim is not appealing needs to be a warmer more happy color, and the pink in the dining room just has to go, no where near neutral and does not appeal to the majority of people looking. Other than that the home is beautifulWhat recommendations would you make for this house? PICTURES!?
It goes to show all opinions are different. I think the kitchen is fine and I LOVE the dining room!
